The next development day is fast approaching and will provide an opportunity for athletes and coaches to learn about water based conditioning. This will be event group specific and will include upper limb work alongside drill work. The pool based work will be led by Steve Green who has worked with on the first two days this winter (profile on squad 1 tab). Each pool session will last approximately 40 mins. This will ensure you are too tired to do technical work and allows time for transition from one phase to the pool.
Endurance athletes who were unable to attend the first day at Sevenoaks due to a fixture clash will have the opportunity to be screened which again wil be led by Mark Dayson (profile on squad 1 tab)with support from Emmeline Rendall.
Running in parallel to the development day and as part of the Kent Endurance initiatives is a race walking development day. Please see the link below for further details.
The remainder of the day will be event coach led. Usual rules to using the Sennocke Centre apply and these will once again be highlighted during the introduction.
